Back when George W. Bush was President, I couldn't give a rat's ass about the "power" the Democratic Congress felt they should have in foreign affairs. But with Democrat Barack Obama in the White House, and my beloved GOP in shambles, I think it's time to re-visit that idea. Oh, and any "power" Congress lost was their own fault.
