The GOP Arizonians' plan to decrease their state's population and income has worked. Well, at least they can still use the now-defunct 2010 Census information to bolster their make-up. Then again, someone's bound to notice if 29% percent of your state is migrating to other states.

But hey: the point is to show the rest of the country how to take the immigration issue by the throat!
