This C&L post has the goods. My biggest qualm since his "turn-around" was that he's been saying that some of what he's pushing in the bill he's proposed has been endorsed by Republican Congressman, but he hasn't really said who specifically endorsed what. If he starts being more specific (especially if that Congressperson represents a district/state he's speaking in) he should get even more traction.
