It's not clear whether Bob Johnson's grand plan is to enforce something that already exists (Affirmative Action) or it's for African-Americans to plead rich people for jobs. Almost reads like both.

Either way, he's solidly in the "companies can solve all problems" camp. Of course, this conflicts with Milton Friedman's belief that a company's only goal is to increase profits, but whatever.
