About 7% belong to the Bottom 80%...now we're talking wealth distribution here. So that means -financially speaking- that a majority of Congress has more in common with the richest Americans that the Middle or Lower Class.

Now you know why things happen the way they do in Congress (*cough-cough* bank bailout *cough-cough*).
