What better way to fool the American people into thinking that Health Care Reform didn't work than to defund it before any significant pieces go into effect?

Once again, Republicans attempt to prove that government doesn't work by actively working to dismantle it. Sooner or later Americans are going to have to realize that a corporation can be just as corrupt and ineffectual as government, and you have to have the right people in place to make either work properly.
