An 18-year-old man is claiming he was offered money for sex by Indiana State Rep. Phillip “Phil” Hinkle, after the teen posted an ad on Craisglist seeking a “sugar daddy.”

Hinkle, who recently voted for a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage, allegedly sought out Kameryn Gibson in the men-for-men section on the website.
