Incoming New York Mayor Wants to "Booster," "Vaccinate" City to "Beat COVID"

 An admirable idea, but vaccines alone will not defeat COVID. We need a universal health care system. 

I'm sure on some level he realizes this, but he is a former police officer and he seems to be looking at COVID like it's some kind of criminal.
