Of course, none of this will help Biden's polls, the US economy or what moral standing America has left, especially considering that the Russia-Ukraine war is all but over. If an inkling of what's been given to Ukraine (and Israel) for war was used for infrastructure (remember when Congress were arguing over how expensive that was), universal healthcare or total student loan forgiveness, there'd be a lot more happy Americans.
