After Super Tuesday, Nikki Haley (Republican) and Dean Phillips (Democrat) Bow Out
With little funding and traction, Haley exits by congratulating (but not endorsing) Donald Trump. As for Phillips, after telling anyone who would listen that Joe Biden was not a good option, he will now back him in the general.
Just a observation/theory at this point, but it seems like it's way easier for lifelong Republicans to break ranks than their Democratic counterparts.
