A "Global Balance Sheet" For Water, Soil and Oxygen?

 That's apparently the suggestion from Lindsay Hooper (CEO of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership), who spoke at the World Economic Forum:



No riddle me this:

  • Who will control these assets?
  • Who determine their prices?
  • What if these assets are not found in the nations of the answers to Q1 and Q2?

Sounds to me like the wars for oil and "rare earths" will pale in comparison to the wars over water, soil and air?
