 NOOW Media sums up where we were before the polls closed very nicely: Nevertheless, Trump's " efforts " seem to not have created the desired result: That said, the 2028 General Election Season has now begun.  I'm sure that over the next few weeks, Democrats in Congress will be interviewing candidates to play "Designated Villain" roles as a means to explain why nothing will fundamentally change.  Once again: Democrats won't save you!

 So Briahna Joy Gray has James Ray from the DSA on Bad Faith to talk about the various factions/shades of the DSA and how they are musing over issues like, "Should the DSA endorse AOC for President or VP?" The fact that the DSA -the group who's platform birthed the Force the Vote Movement- includes "moderates" ranging from the Kyle Kulinski/TYT "infiltrate the Democratic Party and change them from the inside" to those who are explicitly attacking people like Gray for the "audacity" of suggesting that the DSA use whatever political leverage they have to push their agenda, is very revealing and shocking. At least to the extant that Americans have been led to believe that the DSA is the closest thing America has to an organized socialist group. But truth be told, they have as many members who want to play the role of "capitalism managers" as the regular Democratic Party.  I understand that people like Professor Richard Wolff may believ...

 

 Last five minutes of this video is on point: It's the cycle that gets the occasional tune-up of "outsiders" who are really insiders. Republicans run the "I'm different from the rest" type who's "a maverick" while the Democrats run a leftist-sounding pragmatist. This is done to shepherd the strays back into the two major parties. If you really want to make a difference in electoral politics, don't vote for Democrats or Republicans...they've wasted enough of our time, money and energy. 

  Instead of doing a true political audit/autopsy of where their party went wrong after Barack Obama left office, the Democrats has decided to push candidates that can either mimic Obama or be marketed as Obama-like. The only thing they share with Obama is being more beholden to donor than the America people.  They will not be anti-war. They will not usher in universal healthcare or Medicare For All. They will not "bring jobs back." The will not curb the power of local authorities. They will not go after the sexual perpetrators revealed in the Epstein Files. They will not regulate artificial intelligence. They will not admit that a genocide is occurring in West Asia. They will not tax millionaires or billionaires.  They will tell you that all of your problems are the fault of the other party and its leadership. And if enough people believe this story to the point of getting them elected, the Democrats will not fix your problems, they will simply find a way for you to live...

 

For example: the DSA is not really "left," and the DSA operating inside the Democratic Party is not a terrible thing. BONUS: the " Moderate Women of the Democratic Party " club article that was referenced.
