"Personal Foul on Tony Parker"

Dude; what the fuck ? Text messages? TEXT MESSAGES ? Do these sports cats learn anything? Why are y'all still using cell phone for your jump-offs? They record everything . And your teammate wife? What. The. Hell? You're supposed to share the ball, not the wife. And certainly the most important thing: how could you do this to your wife? Have you seen her fucking show? It's all about older MILFs banging their poolboys and their daughter's boyfriends. She's sees young meat everyday, and she's an attractive female, so you know there's at least been some mild flirtation..but she wasn't sending them booty-call requests, was she? She kept her shit under control. But you? You? You go ahead and hook-up with a teammate's wife? Again: What the fuck?

What Do I know About The NBA Playoffs?

Apparently nothing . Ever since they went to the Best of Seven Setup (aka, the "Get More Money Plan") I believed that this was the end of upsets. And while the Eastern Conference is proving me right, the Western Conference is another story. Of course, it would be an excuse to drag out the "Western Conference is tougher" argument. But if that were the case, wouldn't the implied parity of the Eastern Conference indicate that they would be the ones struggling to win this best of 7? Dallas was supposed to be re-tooled; Denver was supposed to have a chip on their shoulder. If both of these two get bumped, the Lakers (who are not losing to the Thunder) will squash Utah while the Spurs will have to chase the Suns or the Trailblazers around for at least six games, making San Antonio easy pickings should they survive. As for the East...at least we have Orlando's mini-drama .

It Has Begun.

The Bucks and Spurs make the first move , swapping Richard Jefferson for Bruce Bowen, Kurt Thomas and Fabricio Oberto.

I Realize It's An Odd-Numbered Season, But...

... this most certaintly means that the Spurs will not be winning a title this year.

"And That's How The LA Lakers Made It To the 2009 NBA Finals."

Duncan out again ? Ruh-row.

King James and the Cavaliers fell to the defense of Bruce Almighty and the Spurs in Game 3 of the Finals. LeBron had a chance to make a game-tying shot, but the ending wasn't exactly Jordanesque. Still...I'll admit that there are some similarities:

NBA Finals 2007: Game One

Well, the Spurs looked rusty, but the Cavs were just shell-shocked (and badly coached) enough to not take advantage. And once San Antonio went into their "you score no more" defense, it was going to take three LeBrons to win that game for Cleveland. Afterwards, Lebron James was asked about his performance last night and for the next 3 or so games. He said : A lot of shots I took, I usually make. Things like that happen. You have one off night, but it's not like the NCAA tournament where you have one game and you're out. We've got to regroup. Interesting statement from a guy who never, ever, ever, ever, ever played a single college game. So I can't wait for Game 2.
