For The Record (AKA, Regarding Third Term Presidents)...
Aside from the fact that 22nd Amendment to the Constitution limits US Presidents to two terms, if one were to find some type of loophole through it, it means that the following could run for a third term: Donald Trump Bill Clinton George W. Bush Barack Obama (Joe Biden only served on term, so he's still Constitutionally eligible). So if anyone is trying to push for any of these four to run again, they'll be hard-pressed to reason why the other three can't run also.

WSWS talks about Trump's latest Trump-like behavior : Trump was responding to a report by new Twitter owner Elon Musk that the social media site had blocked distribution in October 2020 of a New York Post report on Hunter Biden, son of Joe Biden. Trump claimed the actions by Twitter had decided the outcome of the presidential election. “Do you throw the Presidential Election Results of 2020 OUT and declare the RIGHTFUL WINNER, or do you have a NEW ELECTION? A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution,” he wrote, adding, “Our great ‘Founders’ did not want, and would not condone, False & Fraudulent Elections!” Both the Post article and the decision of Twitter to block its distribution for several days are well known and were widely reported in the days leading up to the November 2020 election. US Supreme Court Say Border Patrol Can Pretty Much Do Whatever They Want.
From Reuters : The U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday made it nearly impossible for Americans to sue federal law enforcement officers who violate their constitutional rights , further narrowing the already limited path to hold U.S. officials accountable for even egregious misuse of their authority. The court’s ruling grants actual absolute immunity to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents. That’s nearly 20,000 officers whose work sometimes involves detaining migrant children and flying drones over protests to help with “situational awareness.” Border patrol agents have more power than local police in many contexts, and they engage in the full range of ordinary law enforcement activity -- often far away from the border. Boule held that CBP officer Erik Egbert can’t be sued for allegedly throwing Robert Boule to the ground and injuring him while trying to arrest another man at Boule’s bed-and-breakfast.
