Studio Tries To Defend Tom Cruise's Bad Movie

I don't blame the guy either really (like I said before, shame on Hollywood for thinking it's audience is stupid). But to say that not having the guy's pitcure o the poster is the reason for bad sales is just dumb.

HIS NAME IS ON THE DAMN MOVIE POSTER. Why the hell would his fans need to see a picture of him to know he's in the movie? Did they need a picture of him to realise that he played Les Grossman in Tropic Thunder? Noooooooo.
