Trump Derangement Syndrome Have Liberals Too Scared To Convince Biden To Drop Out
This is sad to see, especially considering that if this was a "President Bernie Sanders" or "President Jill Stein" liberals would be falling over themselves to find a network willing to hear their message that, "the president is no longer fit to continue." Also, as much as Reid blames Democrats for "picking" Biden, let's remember that for the 2020 Democratic Party Barack Obama convinced all the Democrats to drop out and support Biden against Sanders, and for 2024 the DNC ignored calls for a primary and pretending that challengers like RFK, Jr. and Williamson didn't exist.
The Mainstream Critiques Against Dr. West's Presidential Bid Will Not Be Logical
There will be a few legit ones; in addition to some of the " cons " I listed. One, for example, is that at the end of the day West is a reformist. But instead of focusing on that or actual policy issues, mainstream gatekeepers have opted to use Dr. West's collaborations themselves to discredit the new presidential candidate. For example: take this MSNBC post from Joy-Ann Reid acolyte Ja'han Jones : First, Dr. West is attacked for co-writing an op-ed with a conservative that highlights one specific policy that Florida Governor DeSantis supports; instead of going into that policy, it's DeSantis' other more public and divisive policies (that West doesn't endorse) that gets highlighted. Then West's association with the company involved with this policy is brought up as a red flag (for what it's worth, even the company's CEO thinks that this is rather ridiculous ). Next West's association with Russell Brand is smeared; apparently being a comic ...

What if someone there made a comment that could put the company in hot water? Obviously, Ms. Reid has heard about Ms. Hill's comments and has given her opinion on them . But I can't help but notice that her angle of commentary is that "Trump White House = Bad For Wanting Jemele Hill Fired" and not, "A Huge Company, When Pressed On, Can Influence Their Employees; What Was I Thinking?" I mean, it wasn't too hard for the Root to come to that conclusion . Trump voters and Trump supporters like sports. ESPN is all about sports. If ESPN employee of note makes negative comments about Trump, of course his sports-loving supporters will be riled up, and of course a group like ESPN will scramble to cover their butt.
