The Tea Party's Re-Assimulation Into The Republican Party Is Pretty Much Complete
It was a great political scam: denounce the GOP in the wake of the end of the Bush presidency, claim to be a new group called the Tea Party and then run for office (all in GOP primaries, mind you) to "take back" the party.
But now, all pretense is gone: the banking industry (aka, the group that got the bailout that supposedly made those Tea Party people so angry) has all but bought the Tea Party candidates who were elected to the House of Representatives.
