Picture This: A Possible Reason Why People Didn't Flock to CNN+ In Droves

War. Global Pandemic. Police Brutality. Flint, Michigan still having poisoned drinking water. Indigenous People getting beat for protesting oil pipelines. Racial, gender, orientation and religious discrimination and persecution occurring both in practice and through the law. Fissures in the economic system, which is leading to more civil unrest, leading to more surveillance and an increased police state.

But the people behind CNN+,  a streaming news service they want people to pay for, would like to take some time to talk hypothetically about fictional parents. 

What about the real parents who are dyeing because of all the things I just mentioned? Could we take three minutes per issue and talk about how those things impact parenting?
