 China, Russia, Iran and others, whether "allies" or "enemies," it's all the same to the United States.

If your country will not submit to the wishes of the US, you are an obstacle to be dealt with:



Of course we know that the one-two punch of China & Russia makes a military & economic combination that is tough to beat. Which is why the United States aims to attack one nation at a time (Syria, Venezuela, Iran, etc.) to isolate Russia and China. "Negotiations" are just a stalling tactic to prepare for an economic, intelligence and/or military strike.
