Latest Neo-Conservative Warmonger Threat

In 2004 it was: "Vote for a Democrat, and terrorists will attack us again." Never mind that 9/11 happened while George W. Bush was holding office.

In 2008 the threat is: "If a Democrat wins the election, Bush will attack Iran."

If true, doesn't this mean that Bush would have gone from "our protector" to "the guy who dragged us into WWIII?"
