So I understand that Congress (lead by no other than Maryland's "Last Republican Standing" Rep. Roscoe Bartlett) wants to utterly and completely ban "adult fare" from the military. Fine.

My question is this: what's the good in doing so when a soldier can get their "smut fix" by watching your average Fox News program?
