I'd about given up on Ted (especially after No Child Left Behind, which, however well-intentioned, has been a fiasco for actual education) until the hearings for both Roberts and Alito for the SCOTUS. Kennedy was the only one who not only asked the questions that needed to be asked, but asked them clearly and directly in a way which left no political wiggle room (for either party). We'll miss him.
