Now there's a clause that no one will see again, once it actually cost a record company something. I am reminded once again of the line from "Hitchhiker's Guide" about a sleazy bar filled with "thieves, murderers and record company executives".
I work on a campus that gives every employee tuition remission. At last count, only 12% of the faculty and staff takes advantage of it, and every few years, the perks (amount covered, family member covered) shrinks.
