America Will Find Any Chance to Celebrate The Military-Industrial Complex

 Back in 2018, there was a story about how then-President Trump wanted the Pentagon and the White House to plan "a military parade in Washington similar to the Bastille Day parade he witnessed in Paris in July." Now things like COVID-19 and the national and worldwide response to the Pandemic put this on hold, but the truth is the parade was more from Trump than the military. And if we're being honest, America celebrates the military a lot. Even knowing that, we still apparently have events like SALUTEFEST:
