Guru From Gangstarr In a Coma

You really don't hear about these things happening to rappers:

WENN - Rapper Guru is in a coma after suffering a heart attack.

The hip-hop star, real name Keith Alam, collapsed on Sunday and is currently in an unconscious state in a New York hospital.

According to DJ Premier, his partner in pioneering hip-hop group Gang Starr, the 43 year old will undergo cardiac surgery on Monday.
