When I say that the Democrats fear their opponent's base more than their own, this is part of what I mean.

Michael Moore: you rallied to help get Stupak to change his mind; will you also back him up against these threats, or are you "done" with him? Politics is a two way street and if he's willing to put his family in danger the Democrats in his district should be willing to give him some kind of cover.
