  1. Couldn't Americans use this as a way to "get a return on our investment," so to speak? I recall some Republicans saying that the cost of the Iraq invasion would pay for itself (because of the oil reserves) but I just haven't seen it yet. Arranging the American taxpayer to get a piece of this action would go along way to shutting me up about such inaccurate predictions.
