A Lie Is a Lie Is a Lie

Obama accuses McCain campaign of 'lies', because it was one. That lipstick comment was obviously directed at John McCain policies, not Sarah Palin's looks.

But what I find more interesting is that the media decided to air quote "lies." As if saying otherwise would cause the universe to explode.

Not surprising; the reaction to many of the lies that have come from the Bush Administration has been called "deceptions," "misleading," inaccurate" or even "false."

But "lies?" I guess that's too strong a word. Too absolute.

Well, someone needs the to tell the media to get their spine back because lies have been told. And until the lies are addressed and the liars are called out, it will continue...and get worse.
